Step 01:  What you need

Tell the designer exactly what must be made / created (like a wallpaper, banner, signage, etc.), with as much detail as possible.

Step 02: The main goal

Explain why the design is needed (for branding/rebranding, advertising, networking, etc.) and where it will be used (indoors or outdoors).

Step 03: What style is required 

Share details about the size/s required, images, colours, fonts, etc that should be used. Provide examples to smoothen the process.

Step 04: Good-quality images and logos 

Provide clear, high-resolution logos, photos, or icons. If we are not designing the logo, you will need to provide a hi-resolution pdf version of the logo that is to be used. We provide free images that you can choose from our website, however if you require a different image, you can provide a hi-res version to us or select one from Shutterstock that we can purchase on your behalf and will be added to your overall cost.

Step 05: Deadlines

Timeframes for completion differ per job, so you will need to provide us with sufficient time in order to complete the work to our highest standards.

• Please note: The timeframe provided can be longer for exceptionally large or complex services.

• All times exclude delays due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., power outages, ‘Acts of God,’ or courier delays).

Let us know how much you can spend for the specific job needed, so we can give you the best possible quote according to your requirements.
